Lupoli groundbreaking for Littleton Development

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, Lupoli Companies CEO Sal Lupoli, and others were on site as Lupoli Companies hosted a groundbreaking milestone: King Street, the largest mixed-use development project currently underway in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Lupoli Companies will transform this 50-acre site by developing 2.3 million square feet that includes 1,089 residential units, 90,000 square feet of R&D lab space, a hotel, and 115,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. HIPER Global, a world-class computer hardware manufacturer, has established King Street as its new U.S. headquarters, and are focusing on expanding its Massachusetts operations.  In addition, King Street will offer several acres of open space for community events and gatherings.

Speakers at the event included Maura Healey, Sal Lupoli, Congresswoman Lori Trahan, Littleton Town Manager Jim Duggan, Senator James Eldridge, Representative James Arciero, and Town Board Chair Mark Rambacher.
