In 1990, Sal Lupoli opened the first Sal’s Pizza with a single store in Salem, New Hampshire. Building upon fundamental values of service, quality, quantity and price, Sal’s Pizza soon grew into a large retail franchise and wholesale operation. Today, there are more than 40 businesses serving all of New England. Lupoli Companies commissary further expands the scope of the hospitality business, selling products directly to schools, grocery stores and other commercial institutions making it the largest manufacturer of fresh pizza in all of New England.
