Summary: Works directly with Director of Brand Vision to assist with graphic support and creative development of all brand concepts across the entire Lupoli Companies’ portfolio. Creates and conceptualizes a wide-range of marketing materials for corporate, promotional, presentations and property-specific sales/marketing efforts for real estate brokerage teams and social media.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop new design concepts for a wide variety of marketing collateral including, but not limited to:

    • Brochures                                                 

    • Sales Kits                                                   

    • Fliers                                                         

    • Sell Sheets                                                

    • Stationery Packages                                   

    • Promotional Campaigns

    • Websites

    • Graphic Displays and Media

    • Signage

    • Way Finding

    • Advertisements

  • Works within a variety of media platforms to design and code software to create compelling multi media artwork for web and digital displays.

  • Interprets unique needs for each pursuit; develops, oversees and coordinates the production process.

  • Creates materials that capture the eye, utilizing strong typographic and design elements that can be applied across both digital and traditional print media. 


  • Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house creative group.

  • Present a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of well-thought out design deliverables.

  • Expert knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and Adobe Creatives Suite.

  • Keen ability to create modern and pixel-perfect designs with a focus on layout, typography, image composition and color theory.

  • Proficient in SquareSpace.

  • Experience with AfterEffects and Premier a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid team player with strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.

  • Steadfast attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to re-prioritize on the turn of a dime.

  • Desire to learn and stay abreast of the ever-changing space of Marketing Technology.

Duration: Temp-to-Perm (4 Months)

Compensation commensurate with experience and skills.
