The Gateway Cities Journal recently published by Mass Inc. shined a light on The Heights at Haverhill, our latest mixed-use development.

With a nod to the new and emerging landscape of Haverhill, The Gateway Cities Journal highlighted how the 10-story gleaming steel and glass tower, which houses 42 apartments and a rooftop restaurant is already lighting up the skies over the bustling city center. They also point out the significance this building will have on Governor Charlie Bakers second term economic development plan. This document issued by the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development and the Office of the Governor and Lt. Governor includes a callout featuring The Heights and the Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP), a state tax credit that made the project possible.

The Governor's Housing Choice legislation provides the opportunity for Gateway Cities to transform their communities through new and exciting multi-use developments, just like The Heights at Haverhill.
