Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the performance of our advertising efforts to maximize efficiencies and help build top Digital Marketing campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this individual will work closely together with various teams throughout our organization to bring identified priorities to life. The successful candidate will possess a creative mindset, analytical capabilities as well as strong communication skills. Most importantly, this individual will be motivated team player and thrive when given the opportunity to be an individual contributor

  • Be the expert on digital advertising channels (Search, Social and Display) while gaining a deep understanding of optimization opportunities.

  • Conduct in-depth, data-driven analysis to sync our roadmap and maximize opportunities throughout our advertising efforts.

  • Partner with our brand and creative team to drive the development and optimization of our advertising programs.

  • Measure performance of existing advertising initiatives to identify optimization and grow opportunities across a variety of performance marketing channels (e.g. paid search, remarketing, app store).

  • Propose and manage tests in partnership with various internal and external teams.

  • Communicate results, key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Develop content ideas and publish to our social channels.

  • Assist with the creation of a brand-relevant marketing calendar translating that calendar into actionable and detailed cross-team briefs as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute 360° marketing/engagement efforts and achieve revenue and engagement goals.

  • Lead relationships with both internal and external technology and product partners (website, mobile app, CRM platform, etc.). 


  • 5+ years of professional experience in management, strategy or consumer marketing; ideally with ad tech or online advertising acumen.

  • Data-oriented thinker with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaison with internal teams and work closely with varying personality types.

  • Basic knowledge of statistics.Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Audience Network required; experience with business intelligence tools strongly preferred.
