Summary: The Integrated Design & Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating engaging visual solutions in digital/print and maintaining the brand across all aspects of design to support Lupoli Companies Design & Branding function. This role will also be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company.

All eligible candidates must provide a portfolio in digital format.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design, production design and updates to SquareSpace web pages, eBook publications, print/digital collateral, email campaigns, social media graphics and various company-wide templates and environmental graphics.

  • Uphold the brand standards and maintain an evolving style guide while creating effective, dynamic, and well-thought-out visuals.

  • Work collaboratively and constructively with Director of Design & Brand Vision and Marketing team members in the development and refinement of a variety of design solutions.

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop social media campaigns that help achieve appropriate marketing goals.

  • Help monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.

  • Shift priorities based on company-wide business needs to ensure projects are completed on time without compromising quality.


  • Expert knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and thorough working knowledge of PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in SquareSpace, HTML/CSS, responsive design, along with Web/UX best practices.

  • Expert ability to create modern and pixel-perfect designs with a focus on layout, typography, image composition, and color theory.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • A strong team player with emphasis on collaboration and communication.

  • The ability to work independently in a fast-past environment.

  • Robust time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet quick deadlines.

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house creative group.

  • General knowledge of social media channels and trends.

  • Desire to learn new things in the world of Marketing Technology space.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of well thought out design deliverables.

  • Experience with AfterEffects and Premiere is a plus.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.

Duration: Temp-to-Perm (4 Months)

Compensation commensurate with experience and skills.
