Here at Lupoli Companies, we are committed to our community. We believe it is our responsibility to make a positive impact through a focus on continuous improvement, partnership and service.

Our unique entrepreneurial culture allows us to apply innovative thinking and creativity to generate new and exciting concepts. It gives us the opportunity to invest in the economic vitality of our communities while encouraging growth and development through sustainable initiatives.

As a social impact entrepreneur, Sal Lupoli, President and CEO of Lupoli Companies maintains a personal commitment to community engagement and corporate responsibility that’s unparalleled. Sal’s approach to activism and involvement is defined by an optimistic determination to cause change that benefits the economic and social landscape in the community at large.

He is the visionary behind the Revolving Test Kitchen, an incubator and pop-up restaurant that launched in downtown Lawrence with the goal of providing new opportunities for local food entrepreneurs. This private/public sector collaboration has already had a direct effect on the economic development of the city by providing new business owners with a trial run of their ventures. After a successful year in the Revolving Test Kitchen (RTK) at Riverwalk, chef Ray Gonzalez of Coco Ray’s has officially opened his own restaurant in a permanent Lawrence location. And new entrepreneurs, the father and son team behind El Encanto, Danny and Hector Torres, have moved into RTK to dish up an amazing blend of Puerto Rican classics and BBQ Creole cuisine.

Partnering with Girls, Inc. of Lowell, we have created an educational outreach program that uses the Thorndike Exchange project as the framework for an 8-week real estate workshop. Lupoli Companies senior female professionals lead classes that expose the girls to all facets of development from concept to completion—Branding, Marketing, Leasing, Engineering and Construction.

We also host two fundraising events at Riverwalk Lawrence in support of local organizations that give back to the local community. This is our 4thyear donating food to the Lazarus House and this summer we will be contributing to the City of Lawrence Recreation Fun in the Sun children’s program. Along with these organizations, the Lupoli Family Foundation contributes to the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence, Melmark New England, Best Buddies International, United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley and many more.

And that’s just the beginning. We continue to make every effort to find new ways to contribute to the broader community by improving the lives of people around us with compassion, empathy and respect.
