When restaurateur and developer Salvatore N. Lupoli learned of the 550 families who rely each month on Haverhill’s Somebody Cares New England food pantry for groceries, he came last Thursday with a truck of boxed pasta and cases of Sal’s brand bottled tomato sauces.

Sal’s Pizza awards one Boston Public School student to throw out the first pitch at Red Sox game

Sal’s Pizza, the Official Pizza of the Boston Red Sox held a contest to award one deserving student the chance to throw out the first pitch at Fenway Park. Third grader Adriana Kelledy won after being nominated by multiple faculty and family members. Sal joined her on the field to celebrate the moment. Congrats Adriana!

Lupoli Companies Named 4th Largest Developer in Massachusetts

The Boston Business Journal has named Lupoli Companies the fourth largest commercial developer in Massachusetts. The rankings for the prestigious list are based on quantitative metrics, including a company’s total commercial real estate development and transaction volume in the Commonwealth since 2017. During that time, Lupoli Companies has acquired and developed more than 4.5 million square feet of real estate.

Sal’s Pizza is Now the Official Pizza of the Boston Red Sox

April 11, 2022 - Sal’s Pizza recently signed a sponsorship deal to become the “Official Pizza of the Boston Red Sox”.

As of opening day, Sal’s Pizza will be the exclusive pizza served at Fenway Park. This includes all concession stands as well as the State Street Pavilion. Pizza will be made on site and served hot and fresh. Cheese and pepperoni slices and full pizzas will be available.

City Council Approves $160M Downtown Haverhill Redevelopment Project

March 1, 2022 - The Lupoli Companies, headed by developer Sal Lupoli, plans to create 370 market rate apartments, replace the Goecke Deck on Merrimack Street with an 840-space parking garage that will be open to the public 24 hours a day, and create 51,000 square feet of mixed-use space that would include apartments, amenities for tenants, a food hall, retail and commercial space and a variety of outdoor public spaces.

Chelmsford Developer Eyes Plan for Vacant Littleton IBM Site

October 5, 2021 - The former IBM campus at 550 King St. may transform into a complex with housing, small businesses, office space and parks -- a transition requiring Town Meeting approval for zoning changes. The Lupoli Companies -- owned by developer Sal Lupoli of Chelmsford -- purchased the 41-acre property, and proposed  a new zoning district, called King Street Common.

Lupoli Companies Donates Over 300 Toys in Company-Wide Holiday Toy Drive

Throughout the month of December, Lupoli Companies hosted a holiday toy drive in support of Clarendon Early Education Services, Inc. located at Riverwalk in Lawrence, MA. Thanks to all of the Lupoli Companies employees as well as our very generous Sal’s Pizza and 34 Park customers, we were able to donate over 300 toys! We’re so grateful to be able to give back to our community and look forward to continuing to give back.

The Eagle Tribune Introduces 34 Park, The Renamed, Rebranded and Renovated Salvatore’s

On Wednesday, October 28th, The Eagle Tribune introduced 34 Park’s grand opening — located at 34 Park Street in Andover, MA. The venue is the first of four owned by Sal Lupoli that will be run by Fergal Gildea, Lupoli's new food and beverage director.

Gone are the days of dark bricks, red chairs and Chestnut tables. Now, bright white bricks and light fixtures create a new atmosphere.

Lowell City Council OKs Sale of Hamilton Canal Land to Lupoli Companies

The Lowell City Council voted unanimously on Tuesday, October 27th, to authorize City Manager Eileen Donoghue to enter into a land disposition agreement with Lupoli Companies for five city-owned Jackson Street parcels located in the Hamilton Canal Innovation District.
